(I’m an Advocare distributor!)

I am originally from San Antonio, Texas and graduated from Texas A&M in 2003 with a BS in Psychology. After graduation I was commissioned a Surface Warfare Officer in the US Navy and served aboard the USS Port Royal (CG 73) stationed out of Pearl Harbor, HI. In May 2005, I transferred to the Reserve component while my husband finished his Active Duty time. Together we moved back to Texas late 2005 and I worked for Dell until Feb 2010. I have now returned to Active Duty and work at the Dobie Center on the Texas campus.

September 2009, we welcomed our son Tyler and for months struggled to lose the baby weight. I was introduced to CrossFit by my husband in 2009 and together we joined CrossFit Leander in March 2010. Currently I am in the best shape of my life both physically and mentally and I’m strengthening everyday!
