CrossFit Elements

At CrossFit Leander, we not only want to make sure that you get the safest, most effective workout, but that you understand the dynamics and routines of group fitness before you start your first group class. CrossFit Elements is coached by head coach Chad Vazquez and delivered in one-on-one sessions to ensure you learn the skills you need to succeed.

After your Elements program you can choose one of our membership options that give you access to our group CrossFit classes.
