Come see for yourself! CrossFit Leander offers FREE introductory workouts on Saturday mornings (see schedule for the next one) so you can experience CrossFit training.
Our free community workouts do not include olympic lifts, heavy weights, or other difficult movements. In fact, you’ve probably done most of the exercises at one time or another… just never quite like this!

What to Expect:
Class will last one hour and will have several different components. We’ll start with a good warmup, then do the WOD (Workout Of the Day) which typically lasts between 10 and 20 minutes, and then we’ll finish off with some stretching and flexibility.
If it’s your first trip to CrossFit Leander we suggest you arrive 10 minutes early to meet the coaches, members, and sign a waiver.
But I’m Out Of Shape
We all were! One of the strengths of the CrossFit community is the positive, encouraging culture. We love to meet new people because we’ve seen them transformed over and over again.
Every exercise we do has a scale to make sure it’s just the right level of effort for your fitness. If you can’t sprint, you can jog. If you can’t jog you can walk. As long as you’re working to the best of your ability you’re going to get dramatic results! Just ask our members about their first workout and see how far they’ve come.
