When?
- Jan 3rd to Feb 11th
What?
- A 6 week challenge to eating better mixed with some good and challenging workouts to start the new year off right.
- Consists of measurement weight, body fat, muscle mass, and waist in inches.
- The workout will be “Cindy”
Cindy – 20 min AMRAP
5 Pull-Ups
10 Push-Ups
15 Air Squats
- Then 6 weeks later we do it all again to compare improvements and crown the winners.

- Food Logging everyday for 6 weeks with feedback from Coaches.
- Home work workouts, and extra Saturday Workouts
