The Leanderthal Challenge is CrossFit Leander’s way of starting 2011 off right!  Join the challenge and let us help make you stronger, faster, and healthier by getting you back to the basics during this 6-week challenge.  So easy a caveman could do it, right?!

When?

- Jan 3rd to Feb 11th

What?

- A 6 week challenge to eating better mixed with some good and challenging workouts to start the new year off right.

- Consists of measurement  weight, body fat, muscle mass, and waist in inches.

- The workout will be “Cindy”

Cindy – 20 min AMRAP

5 Pull-Ups

10 Push-Ups

15 Air Squats

- Then 6 weeks later we do it all again to compare improvements and crown the winners.

- Wristband to wear during the challenge.

- T-shirt at the end of the Challenge.

- Food Logging everyday for 6 weeks with feedback from Coaches.

- Home work workouts, and extra Saturday Workouts

    Okay my first attempt at Cindy was 15 rounds + 6 push-ups (1/4/2011). Can’t wait to see how I do in 6 weeks… I hope I’m not still sore.
